Why is Perky Rooster coffee more expensive than store brands?

Our specialty coffee is sourced from a list of growers who produce the highest quality product. Coffee you buy in the store has been stored in warehouses for weeks or even months before you buy it so it isn’t fresh. At Perky Rooster we ship coffee to you the same day it’s roasted so it arrives at your door fresh and flavorful. 

Do you have decaf?

Yes. Try our Peru Decaf, a delicious medium roast Swiss-processed coffee with all the flavor without the caffeine.

Do you have flavored coffees?

We offer a number of flavored coffees. Try our Cinnabun, Caramel, Mocha, French Vanilla, or Chocolate Hazelnut.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $30.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order within 4 hours of purchase by sending us a chat message or email to support@perkyrooster.com.

Do you offer subscription plans?

Yes, you can save 10% on every order by subscribing for regular deliveries. Simply select the subscription option at checkout.

How do I cancel or modify my subscription?

You have full control over your subscription. You can cancel or make modifications by logging in to your account.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Your coffee is roasted and shipped within 3-5 days. Allow another 1-3 days for delivery.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards as well as Shopify Pay and PayPal.

What is your return policy?

Because our products are perishable we cannot accept returns. However, your experience is very important to us so if you’re unhappy with your product we’d love to hear from you. Please contact us at support@perkyrooster.com.

What is your refund policy?

We can only offer refunds on products that are defective or damaged. Our complete refund policy can be found here.

What’s the best way to store coffee?

Store your coffee in the original degassed bag or in an airtight container. Keep it in a cool, dark space. Do not refrigerate your coffee.

How long will the coffee stay fresh?

Ground coffee should be brewed and consumed as soon as possible for maximum flavor. It tastes best if used within 2-10 days. Whole beans can be stored for up to a month or even longer without losing flavor if stored properly.
